Skewered tiger prawns marinated in chilli, ginger & corriander served with herb yoghurt.

Menai mussels cooked in a mild curry sauce & fresh coriander with rustic bread.

Platter of pastrami, Italian ham, marinated olives & garlic mayonnaise with warm barra gallega bread.

10oz Sirlion of English beef served with garni or au poivre sauce.

Loin of haddock topped with gratinated Welsh rarebit served with a fricasse of Savoy cabbbagge & smoked bacon.

Grilled breast of local chicken stuffed with Yorkshire goat’s cheese, spinach & sundried tomatoes served with a pesto cous cous & toasted pinenuts.

Griddled pork loin with cider cream, scalloped potatoes & poached leeks.

Baked pastry parcel of goats cheese, chestnuts & spinach served with pesto bound tagiatelle.
